Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard easily.

How do I change my email settings?

To change your registered email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:

On the upper right hand corner of any page you’ll see a link called ’Account’ or your username if you’re signed in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.

How do I know that the artwork I ordered is available?

All works presented on the website are available, except those which are marked “Sold”. To buy an artwork, just press “Add to my ‘portfolio’”. It will then be automatically placed in your shopping cart. After you confirm your order and enter your shipping and billing information you will be able to choose the payment method you prefer.

Are their any charges on top of the purchase price on Drawings-online.com?

There are no additional charges on top of the artwork sale price on drawings-online.com, except for shipping costs, should you choose this option by ticking Shipment box while submitting your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment by card
When you proceed to check out, select “Payment by card”. After you submit your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

Payment by wire transfer
When you proceed to check out, select “Payment by wire transfer”. After you confirm your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and our bank account details for making payment by wire transfer. Your order will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment.

Are the payments secure?

Drawings-online.com will never have access to personal data or confidential information relating to the payment methods that you use. You will be requested to enter this information each time you place a new order.

When is the payment debited?

When you pay a work by card, the payment is immediate. Whether it is debited to your account immediately or the debit is deferred, depends on the type of your card.

How is the delivery organized?

Works will be shipped upon receipt of your payment, of which you will be notified. We will pack your item and take it to a carrier authorized to deliver works of art. You will then receive an email with the name of the carrier, the tracking number and the approximate delivery date. You can track the progress of your order in your account page. The price indicated under each artwork does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs include preparation, packing and delivery. There is a flat-rate for reparation and packing, while delivery rates vary depending on the size and weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately.

Are the drawings shipped safely?

We carefully pack all drawings, whether unframed or framed under glass. We choose most respectable carriers to deliver them to you. All artworks are insured in transit from our door to yours. We invite you to always check your package in the presence of the carrier.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. They are calculated according to a price grid and vary depending on dimensions and weight of the work and on the country of delivery. These costs will be added to the sale price of the work only after you proceed to checkout and enter your delivery address. The prices indicated under each artwork include VAT, but exclude shipping costs and any applicable import tax.

What are shipping deadlines?

Shipping deadlines vary depending on the type of work and destination. The deadlines include the time needed for the receipt and confirmation of your payment, processing your order, packing, finding the available carrier and transit (2 to 8 working days).

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of payment confirmation. They are shipped with a specialized carrier, with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped in Premium mode and delivered with a signature. There is an additional cost for this option.

Whichever delivery method you choose, you will receive a link to track your package online. As soon as the package is handed off to the carrier, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier, the tracking number and the approximate delivery date.

Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

SRest assured that we do everything we can to prevent this from happening. We present works with most accurate, fullest descriptions and provide a number of photographs to avoid any surprises. However, if you are a citizen of the European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein), non-business, you have 14 days starting from the receipt of the work to exercise your right of cancellation. This right does not apply to non-EEA nationals and/or art dealers.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you need to send us an email to contact@drawings-online.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will fully refund the cost of the drawing, as well as packaging and shipping costs, but you will be liable for the cost of the return. The work must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and shipped back under the same conditions as when it was received. The cost of returning the work will be your responsibility.

Do I have to pay import taxes upon delivery?

Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. If you are a national of the European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein), you will not be charged any import tax. If you live outside this area, you may be required to pay taxes and customs fees not included into import charges upon receipt of your products. Drawings-online.com is not responsible for these charges, and cannot control or predict their amount. They remain entirely your responsibility.
